This was ordered as a gift, it was dispatched quickly and delivered within a couple of days despite Royal Mail issues. I was kept informed every step of the way from receipt of order, dispatch, out for delivery etc. It was a beautiful duck which compliments the rest of the collection well. Will definitely order again in the future.
