On Thursday 15 December l ordered two different Raincoat Ducks as Christmas presents. Because of the ongoing postal workers strike l opted to pay a premium to arrange express delivery by DPD. The next day, 16 December, l was advised that DPD didn’t have any slots to handle my delivery and so it would be handled by DHL. Initially DHL advised me that I could expect delivery on Monday 19 December. Then on Saturday 17 December I received a text from DHL advising that l could expect a delivery by the end of that day. It duly arrived on the afternoon of Saturday 17 and everything was exactly what had ordered and it was well packaged. A big thank you to DCUK.
