I ordered the floral hat and boots ducky for my Mum's birthday with express delivery. It arrived quickly but without the gift box I ordered. I emailed the company that evening and received a reply 1st thing the next morning assuring me that they would send the box and that I would receive it in time for my Mum's birthday which was only a few days away. The box arrived in time and my Mum was absolutely delighted with her ducky. It is gorgeous and such good quality. I am so impressed with the service from DCUK.
