What a great business - I ordered two graduation ducks for my son and his girlfriend but I spelt the name wrong for his girlfriends duck. I emailed to ask if I could buy a new name tag and how to go about it and obviously I would be happy to pay.
I got an email the next day saying that they would send me a new one and it arrived the next day!!
Wonderful service and the graduation ducks are great - they will both love them.
