I love our new friend. He is just about the cutest duck ever and my husband and I both think he is exceptional and so well made. The only suggestion I would have for you is to perhaps improve on the name tag. Our duck is more deserving of a name tag made of wood, so my husband is making him a new name tag. Other than that, we think he is simply wonderful. I think I may need to order some friends for him. I'm not sure my rating went through, but I certainly give your team a 5. I was not aware when the delivery came, so I do not know how it was delivered.
