Well, to be entirely honest, the service wasn't perfect but what in life is. The ordering was easy, dispatch was speedy and then there was a little hitch. The drake in the postal dept forgot to put the stamp on so I had to go to the sorting office and pay a handling fee.
I sent a message to DCUK to show them my bill and the lovely duck in the office couldn't be more apologetic and swiftly reimbursed me. It didn't ruffle my feathers too much- these things happen. I'll still be using DCUK.
