Recently ordered both a baby emperor penguin and a garden bird one as a gift and one for myself. The order arrived quickly and was packaged well. I love both the items and will certainly order again. My only disappointment (though the website states poses may arrive different to shown) was that the baby penguin came in a different pose as I really wanted the one shown. I still like it but not as much & maybe the website could show all the possible poses of each bird you may receive so to avoid this disappointment
