Good friendly service. Unfortunately didn't have the duck I wanted in stock. I ordered another colour and a few days later I was contacted to say they had found the colour I wanted. By that time it was too late as I had ordered the other one but really appreciated the fact they got in touch to let me know they had the other colour. The duck itself was great and very good quality
