The duckling was a present for someone special and they seemed pleased with it. The only thing we were slightly disappointed about was that we chose a brighter colour ribbon to personalise as based on the examples given the letters were printed in white. However the writing was black on the ribbon received. I didn’t notice an option to choose the colour writing. Otherwise, all as hoped and was delivered quickly, considering events at the moment that are delaying some post.
