Delivered product was excellent. However, despite signing up for your newsletter I had to request the 10% discount that was promised. Also, unless I wasn't looking in the right place, I could find nowhere which allowed me to write a message to the recipient. As it happened a compliments slip was attached which showed my first name whereas I would have liked a message to show that the present was a gift from myself and my wife.
