Complete scam and horrible experience!
I have purchased a pair of gloves on 27 November 2020, I still haven’t received my order. I called their customer service on December 7, 15 and 17, also sent a letter to their head office to complain about non-delivery of goods with acknowledgment of receipt on December 2020, I still haven’t received any feedback from them.
I will never purchase from this brand ever again and strongly disrecommend. You will never receive your order nor any refund from them.
