I ordered 6 items worth $1321.09 on 10/26 and I only received 4 items when they arrived. I called the customer service immediately. I got the response that 1 of the 2 is out of stock and they have already issued a refund which I called my credit company and they said they don’t see the refund. I didn’t receive any emails regarding this stock issue either.
The other item out of the 2 they said they will investigate to see if they are “indeed” at fault and will see after that if they will give me refund. I am already super insulted at this point. First of all, It’s super easy to investigate. Just check on the surveillance of packing. Second, I have ordered with the company more than 10 times and this has been the most unprofessional experience I have encountered. There’s no communication what so ever unless I call them like a manic. They better give me a good answer or I will take this problem further since all the conversions I had with the customer service should be recorded. I will never buy from sandro ever again. This company operates like a fraud/scam company now.
