The customer service is a joke and doesn’t even worth one star here. The jacket never delivered to me. They didn’t properly contact Fedex. I called Sandro many times and the answer was always they will follow up or send note to their manager. Then no response until I call in next time and they just say the same thing to me again. They also never reply to my emails.
WORST shopping experience ever!!!
