One year ago, I purchased a Sandro black briefcase which included a shoulder strap. The metal clasp that attaches the shoulder strap to the briefcase suddenly broke. I called Customer Service to inquire if this was covered under a warranty. I was told no, and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I could buy a new shoulder strap. I was told Sandro doesn't carry spare parts. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this product, and also with Sandro's Customer Service who told me there was nothing they could do. This would never happen at Louis Vuitton. Sandro advertises that it sells high-end, luxury products and clothing. Hardly. Sandro's quality and customer service is no better than you would find sat Target or Wal-mart.
