I had an issue with items from my order missing when my package arrived. I reached out to Chantel, who was the director or operations at the time, she was kind enough to look into the matter. I later realized one of the sleeves on my dress was not sewn on properly. I asked if it was possible to exchange for something else or receive store credit since the dress I purchased had just sold out in my size. Chantel responded by saying I was annoying. I never purchased from Deandri again. Unprofessional and rude.
