“I had an issue with items from my order missing when my package arrived. I reached out to Chantel, who was the director or operations at the time, she was kind enough to look into the matter. I later realized one of the sleeves on my dress was not sewn on properly. I asked if it was possible to exchange for something else or receive store credit since the dress I purchased had just sold out in my size. Chantel responded by saying I was annoying. I never purchased from Deandri again. Unprofessional and rude.”
“Beautiful clothing sizing is way off. Ordered a double xl and couldn't get it zipped up. I normally wear large and was shocked. I gave it to a friend and she had a hard time too, her normal size is a avg med at other stores.”
“Deandri used to be such a good brand but has really declined in the past few years. They have so many popular designs that they won't restock that people really want, and It's just causing frustration among customers. They haven't restocked their Roselle Dress or Nancy Skirt in so long now, despite them being the most sought after items in the comment of their Instagram posts. They occasionally post on Instagram but never reply to comments or messages which is just really disappointing. This brand has so much potential among the alternative community but seems to have peaked in 2015.”

“Amazing designs, unique style and made in USA . But also very expensive shipping costs, and the parcel came in a neutral plastic bag with the items in another plastic bag. Everything I every bought from the US showed so much love for the details in the packaging and materials, I was rather disappointed. Especially as everything is pretty expensive. Moreover the I expected a better quality vegan leather but anyway I like my purchase. But regarding the prices and everything said above, I won't purchase again.”
