I came in for cystitis sachets and the pharmacist asked if I had any lower back pain. I've bought cystitis sachets before at superdrug etc and never been asked this question. A few hours later I started getting back pain, remembered what the pharmacist asked me so decided to ring the NHS service and ended up getting referred to the out of hours gp with a developing kidney infection! If the pharmacist hadn't asked me this I wouldn't have followed it up and could've had a serious problem so really happy with the service I received!
