Customer service rep was so bad. I recieved a faulty pair of boots in my order. A piece broke off. Worse experience I've had in so long. I got 1 reply email a day at 2am over 5 days. Yet I wrote how I was in a rush to post returns and needed replies asap. I felt like this woman was just trying to annoying me on purpose.
I will be very reluctant to but from Debenhams again. No worth the hassle.
