Exactly same experience as previous reviews. Ordered a perfume gift set which arrive with excessive damage to box and both bottles with lids off and broken. One bottle was empty. As also mentioned in other reviews, there is no means of contact. Fingers crossed for a refund. I’m too a loyal aacount holder customer who will no longer be using Debenhams.
