I ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago today but after reading numerous negative reviews online I wasn’t hopeful at all. However this morning I received an email from the courier to say it was out for delivery and it’s perfect! I must be one of the lucky ones. I marked down one star as I contacted Debenhams last week via email but no response so customer services seems non existent.
