Very disappointed. I ordered goods worth more than a thousand pound. Perfumes were opened and used to halfway, seals were broken, package not original. One of my perfumes l paid more than £70, in January this year, have not arrived, still says dispatched. Wonder where it was dispatched to. No customer service desk contact number, emails not responded to at all. This is disgusting, unacceptable for a shop which closed and still trading on line. My best friend has similar experience, perfume not yet received. I have been a debenhams customer for ages and l am totally disgusted as the perfume was for my daughter's special birthday. present. What's wrong with the customer service. Why still trading trading if you are unable to fulfil the service. Do we have to suffer for your closure? I do not deserve to be treated like this by a company I have supported for decades. NEVER AGAIN MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND MYSELF WILL BUY FROM DEBENHAMS ON LINE. IT HAS BEEN CORRUPTED.
