I want to return an item, however I did not receive a delivery note, and the online returns service won't accept my details. I live in the Isle of Man, and have found that with some uk companies I have to return items via Royal Mail. Since I have no way of contacting Debenhams, I am unable to return the items, as I have no address to return to. I am going to be heavily out of pocket and left with items I am unable to make use of.
Very negative experience. It seems that this company wants your money, but zero after service. Seems they want to make it impossible to sort out when things go wrong. They don't care as they have my money, so no incentive for them. I will never use them again, and may contact someone on t.v. about my consumer rights.
