Horrible service, I ordered 20 products from them in November 2022, most were delivered relatively quickly. One product was left, but had no information or contact for a long time, I had to ask myself in January where it was and they issued a refund relatively quick. The product was then delivered 2.5 months after ordering and I let them know especially as it was a birthday present and customer service was horrible. Ended up paying full price as I paid last time for the product. Never shopping here again.
