Never use Debenhams again.
The returns procedure does not work. When you go to Start a Return your order does not show all the items you have received therefore you cannot return them.
Emailed customer services 3 times and received no reply.
There is no way you can complain to them - its a terrible company now and I would never recommend it to anyone.
