They advertise products incorrectly.
Despite being advised, and 'thanked for feedback', incorrect description still live on website a week later.
When item returned, email confirms full refund but £1.99 deduction is made.
Refuse to refund.
Matter now with credit card.
Account will be closed.
For me, small loss but can be sure any larger dispute would be absolute nightmare.
