Ordered something in December, nothing arrived, been in touch them, was asked to wait until a further date, that passed still nothing, contacted them again, now asked to wait again, now had email asking me to rate how my purchase went, surely they can read how many times I contacted them and still no parcel. I’m starting to think that I’m may never get parcel and concerned that I may not even get a refund. Never deal with the again.
