If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve only received one box out of 2 of a sofa I ordered a week ago. Debenhams have £180 of my money and I have half an order. Customer service doesn’t exist, no help in either getting the rest of my order or a refund. I’ll be contact the Ombudsman to get a resolution. Daylight robbery! Do not buy from Debenhams!!!
