Mattress delivered 17th, marks and loose threads, advertised at 30cm depth is 26cm. contacted customer service, sent photos. Told, they are a marketplace, they took my money but the issue is with the supplier, told wait until the 27 th for supplier reply. Please be aware, shop at reputable stores. Appalling customer service, they don’t really care.
