Utterly disgusting non-existent service from Debenhams who are quick to shift the blame to a supplier for the delivery of a car bin instead of a clothing rack unit! No way of speaking to a human being, quick to block emails or messages sent to them but very happy to keep your money eventhough this is going against Consumer Rights law. Something needs to be done about this company as from reading reviews this clearly is an ongoing issue which should not be allowed to happen!
