For the last few years I have been looked after by Nicola Smith - one of the Personal Shoppers at the Leicester store. She managed to find clothes to fit and make me feel good about myself when I was at my biggest and recently she has helped to update my wardrobe now that I am 4 stones lighter. The service I receive every time is amazing. Nicola has a chat about what I'm looking for and then leaves me in a spacious room with magazines and a hot drink whilst she goes hunting for outfits. There is never any pressure to buy and Nicola often brings clothes I would have never picked out but I end up loving them. I would recommend this free service to everyone - a real pamper time!
