I just cannot begin to write out the LONG DRAWN OUT, FRUSTRATING experience I am having with Debenhams over two watches which didn’t arrive for my 98 year old mother to give to her great grandsons at Christmas!
Their INCOMPETENCE is completely OFF the scale!!!
