The product I paid for was actually not available. The refund seems to be taking longer than waiting for Christmas. PS it's April. In the end I went to my card holder, raised a dispute and the card holder is now dealing with it. I don't know if it's just incompetence or some sort of scam, but I will never be shopping from this store again. Such a fall. From Grace
