I purchased a suit on line they sent it I never got it so I asked for proof of delivery after many atempts to get a response from customer care . The signature was a single letter a j and they maintained this was proof. What courier accepts a j as as a signature I explained I never received it there answer was they actually don't send the items they come from different locations via a courier service and the courier has said that's proof so there is nothing else to discuss they will not refund or credit me I will never ever use Debenhams again the customer care couldn't care less
