Few wks ago I bought a dress at the Newcastle branch for a wedding. I tried the dress on in store & loved it.I then hung it in my wardrobe until the day of the wedding which was yesterday only to discover on taking it out of the wardrobe to get dressed for the wedding discovered the security tag hadn,t been removed this caused me great distress. I rang the store immediately the manager of the fashion dept Steve arranged to come over too my home immediately & remove the tag he also brought me a gift of various perfumes he was exceptionally kind & full of apologies a lovely gentleman who went above & beyond thankyou first class customer service
