Despite my disappointment at not receiving my furniture in time for the event it was needed for, I have been impressed at Debenhams attempts to rectify the situation and to help me remain a happy customer. Nathan was particularly supportive, professional and proactive. Thank you for trying to keep my custom despite the difficulties I experienced.
