I had trouble buying online as my browser was not compatible at that time, but the members of the sales team I spoke to regarding a number of purchases (and a swap for different size) were most courteous and very helpful. I have bought a number of items from Debenhams and delivery, tracking and no qualms about exchange or refunds, has been excellent - will certainly buy again. Very pleased.
