This company is not Debenhams really, it is just branding for a very cheap company. They are totally inflexible and often rude. I had moved house and was waiting for new driving licence to arrive, so I couldn't send them a copy. I tried ringing up (You cant speak to anyone) so I got a text while away from home driving that they had canceled the policy because I had failed to provide requested documentation. I finally managed to speak to someone and had to pay money over the phone to get the policy sorted. It felt like being held to ransom as I couldnt resolve the issue where I was and would have no cover if I moved. Then about a week later they did it again because my previous insurer had not sent NCD over. I had to pay to top up while waiting to get certificates. Again very unhelpful on the phone. But staff are rude and unhelpful. I will not be using again even if they are the most cost effective, just because i know if i ever had to make a claim they would do everything to get out of it.
