I have a disability so online shopping is a real help to me. this week I have ordered twice online and also have been into your store and bought other Christmas gifts and the service has been good in all transactions. the only complaint I have is that there was only one design of boys pyjamas age (2 to 3) and 2 in the girls ( 6 to 7) and they weren't in the store which was very confusing. I bought some jumpers for myself and the same style was in 2 places with different shades in each. I didn't like the first shades and was leaving when I just saw 2 other colours and I bought one of them - not a very good way of displaying things.
