Just shopped at Guildford Store , no issue with service on cosmetics or Tripp Luggage good service, However I enterted the store just before 5pm , thought I would have a capochinio before shopping , met with barrier enteranance to Costa , ask a member of staff could I have a capocinco, told rudely we are closed , sorry I said it’s 5pm , we are closed . I do think you should review your policy with your concessions , you need all the business you can get , in this case Costa did not want m y busisness Why ?.?. Not a good experience at. Costa on Ground floor Main enterance , signal was do not shop here, is that why the shares are so low .
