Visited Debenhams in Livingston this week whilst down on business. Made some purchases in menswear department. Very helpful male cashier who took the time to fold everything properly before placing in the bag.
I had actually forgotten that this used to be the norm and it made such a difference when I got home and unpacked, I just hung them up instead of having to iron them!
I did not get the gentleman’s name but there were so few staff that I’m sure they will know. My visit was Monday 11th February.
