I bought a number of jumpers in the online sale. Very few were really what I was expecting, which was fine. I used the returns label which I thought meant I could return the unwanted items for free but I was unpleasantly surprised that it cost almost £6 to return the items (probably the same amount that it would have cost me in fuel to travel to my nearest Debenhams). If you spend enough to receive it freepost, you should be able to return items freepost. A bit disappointed Debenhams
