Brilliant customer service from JAN in Star dept in Debenhams, Stockport, last Friday. Friendly, helpful, funny, a welcome frontline fabulousness of high street retailing. I was just passing and decided to go in and browse. Ended up buying loads after getting the personal touch from Jan. I may return to this instead of going online after she and others at this store made it a joyful experience. Thank you Jan.
