Purchased Debenhams but was Eldon and quite simply -
Dreadful!
Following a non fault claim the service provided has been absolutely horrendous. Customer care has been rude, unhelpful and sarcastic.
We are out of pocket in a big way and they have not wanted to help whatsoever.
Steer clear!
