After visiting your Hereford store to purchase a wedding outfit for my sons wedding , the staff in the phase eight department we Where exceptionally good , in helping me to choose the right Outfit , and once I had purchased it , they nicely packed it in tissue paper and placed it a bag and I was delighted with the costumer service . On returning home I decided that I would like a nice jacket to complete my new outfit, and has I live nearer to the Gloucester store I thought that I would pop in there to look for a jacket. I looked around the store with my husband and we found what I was looking for in the coast department. On taking it to the till to pay , we where asked by the cashier if we wanted it in a bag or not . Silly question to ask as this was a £100 jacket in white Bad start to the transaction, then told by the cashier she would put it in a plastic bag as that was all they had and that coast Haven't supplied bags for there cloths . I found this cashier to be very rude and unhelpful . Very very poor customer Service Definitely won't be shopping in Gloucester store again . Surely They need to see that customer service needs to be improved if these stores have any chance of staying open on are height streets . Mrs L cooke coleford
