Visited the Watford Branch to buy some perfumes for gifts. A lady called Nims was extremely helpful and even helped me open an account. She knew her job thoroughly and as I was buying a lot she arranged for it to be gift wrapped as well. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to ask for her if they require help in that department.
