DO NOT EVER BUY FROM DEBENHAMS. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED
ordered items online, they took payment, delivered to an address 25 miles from where we live, took a signature for the goods that is not ours, and now claim they delivered the goods and refuse to accept the error and refund the payment. We now need to pursue an independent legal case with them for the refund. Absolutely zero customer service.
