The worst customer service ever. They sent me the incorrect item so I had to pay postage to send it back. I can see my return was signed for by Debenhams weeks ago but I still haven’t had an email confirmation about it or any refund back to my account. I have tried emailing them 3 times about it but they won’t answer my question surrounding my refund!! I am going to try calling when I get a chance but I already know I won’t ever be shopping at Debenhams again.
