Beware new returns Policy absolutely no consideration for personal circumstances awful Customer Service in store.... raised a complaint with Head Office just kept telling me had to be dealt with in store even though I said that I had tried that!! Wonder if the real bosses of Debenhams ever get to see these complaints.
