I ordered from debenhams in the sale during lockdown and after they announced they were in trouble. Big mistake! I ordered 4 items. I received 2 however the remaining 2 shoes i ordered did not arrive, instead i received someone elses order. I informed them immediately via email but have received no response in 3 weeks apart from the automated reply.
I returned the other persons order but am yet to receive any acknowledgement or refund. Very bad customer services for a loyal customer.
