Fast delivery but had to return the item via their own courier service Hermes. That was 25 days ago and I have received no confirmation that the returned item has been received nor have I received a credit. No answer to my 3 emails (sent to both their Returns and Complaints as per their web page) and their customer service number is not being manned. I am concerned as I have no other way to contact them.
